Hudson Tea Building

Formerly owned by Thomas Lipton, this 16 acres of historic Hoboken Waterfront was used as a warehouse for Lipton Tea and was called The Lipton Tea Building.

Today, the historic buildings are beautifully converted into luxurious residential condominiums known as the Hudson Tea Building. The Hudson Tea Building consists of two buildings which are the 1500 Washington Street with 278+ units and 1500 Hudson Street with +247 units.
